Spectacles with unusually-positioned auxiliary pads

Special-purpose spectacles. Dark brown and amber mottled plastic frame, semi-transparent, with regular bridge, embedded high joints, reinforced drop-end sides horizontally pinned to sides. Flat-topped polygonal eye rims, glazed with plastic lenses featuring D-segment bifocal additions. Auxiliary pads made of clear plastic, fixed to ends of long metal rods dependent from and swivelling at the joints.
