Synoptophore. Grey-painted metal. Two eyepieces adjustable by handles according to curving scales. Black plastic controls. Bakelite chin rest and articulated forehead rest. Two push buttons. Two drop cells. Connected by purple electrical flex. Contains 'circle and square' glass slides. Maker unknown. Also an Elliott Optical Company Stonebridge electronic alternator (transformer) with power indicator light, on-off switch, two other switches and two dials marked 0-10.
