Handwritten and illuminated testimonial to Colonel T. Davies-Sewell, Clerk of the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers, marking fifty years in that post, from the undersigned Freemen and Liverymen of the Company. Bound in dark brown leather with tooled gold decoration including metal corner mounts bearing the pseudo-heraldic crest and a brass clasp. Inscribed alphabetically on separately pasted pieces of paper, with the names of individuals. Dated November 23rd 1904.
