The 'Croydon' Trial Frame

Trial frame. White (rhodium plated) and black (painted) metal. Two round eyes suspended from flat browbar adjustable for p.d. by milled control wheels at either end. Nose rest adjustable for height and angle. Extending flat-section sides, with black plastic drop-end covers. White semi-circular celluloid scales to upper and outer edges. Rotating double lens clip in front of each eye, controlled by a milled wheel to the side, and single downward pointing lens clip behind each eye.
