Muscle-test instrument consisting of a hollow black wooden rectangular block, marked on one side with printed white scales pasted on black paper, to show esophoria (S) and exophoria (X), base up (BU) and base down (BD) with central illumination apeture and a larger hole on the underside to receive a pen torch. Reverse features a near vision test printed in black pasted on white paper.
