Near Vision Unit consisting of illuminated box with flex outlets to top and bottom. Front includes test-types, and bi-chromatic test. Reverse bears an oblique tangent phoria test and Landolt rings. Grey electrical flex entering from underside with twin jacks. White electrical switch (later in date) added to upper side.
