Black plastic stereogram card holder with tightening screw. Set of stereograms including: Keystone Snellen Acuity Test, Near Point Snellen Acuity Test, Distance Numerals Acuity Test, N.Y. School Vision Test, Ready-to-read Test (Lateral and Vertical Posture at Near Point), Preschool Test (Visual Acuity 20/70 and 20/40), Ready-to-read Test (Usable vision 20/100 and 20/40 at Near Point), V.S. Short Test (Far Point and Near Point), Dvorine Color Screening test (severe and mild colour blindness) plus instruction cards and answer sheets. Contained in purpose-built carrying case with separate lid secured by two white metal clasps.
