Spectacles. Real tortoiseshell front, with bowed arch bridge and horizontal lugs. Gold metal turnpin sides, vertically pinned to lugs, with double charnier 'knuckle' centre joints and pointed end tips. Oval eye rims, the left rim with a break adjacent to the top of the lug, unglazed.
