Framed portrait painting (oil, reproduction) of St Jerome in a red cloak, as in the 15th c. (1480) fresco by Ghirlandaio in the Church of Ognissanti, Florence. Features an anachronistic pair of nose spectacles (hanging from the side of his desk) of fictitious design with laquered wood frames. Gilt frame.
