Pointed oval black basalt (or argilite?) dish/tray with tapering pointed ends. Carved with three-dimensional central fish motif (a salmon?), flanked on either side by a two-dimensional eagle with spread wings, and four eyes, one set into each of the wings. Inlaid with mother of pearl or abalone.
