Postcard, one of a series of portrait postcards published by a museum, depicting famous scientists. Small portrait format printed in black and white. Features a reproduction of an original portrait engraving by James Berise (1788), set within an oval, of the physician and botanist Richard Pulteney (1730-1801) printed by T. Beash from a picture presented by Mrs Pulteney to the Linnaean Society.
