Military-style green metal compartmentalised carrying case with lift-out tray and leather handle. The lower section contains 11 Hadley white metal frames and 1 gold-filled frame, all with brown ('chestnut') plastic rim and end covers. Empty upper tray. Also a pupillary distance gauge in individual slot to side of lower compartment. Fitting guide pasted inside lid of case.
