Two round medallions with glass tops and brass surrounds. The whole set into black wooden base. 1) male portrait bust facing right, wearing a cloth hat. Glass missing from aperture. 2) A naked male cadaver lying on a table, awaiting examination, around which lie a skull, book and two bell glasses upon an elevated table, its side decorated with the armorial shield of St Thomas's Hospital.
