Leaflet aimed at the general public outlining the AOP's position on the dispensing of spectacles by unqualified or unregistered persons in the light of recent NHS reforms, the importance of not being deceived by advertising and of only buying from registered opticians. A5 format, printed in full colour on eight pages with soft covers, holepunched. Illustrated with coloured drawings of a dodgy market trader with a suitcase full of spectacles and a man wearing frames that are the wrong size for him. Also a second, unpunched copy.
