Souvenir brochure issued to attendees at the opening of the new NPI building in December 1932. Printed in black and white on eight pages, bound within a cream-coloured soft paper cover with rough edges. The front cover features a black and white photographic print of the old building (on St John Street) adhered to it. Inner illustrations feature the new building, main chemistry laboratory, electro-deposition laboratory, clockmaking workshop, lens workshop, automobile laboratory and entrance hall. The text describes the workings of the college and discusses the need to accommodate expanding evening numbers since 1926.
