Large leather-covered wooden trial case with hinged lid, white metal hinges, revolving catches and keyhole escutcheon. Purple velvet lining to lid and rack. White plastic/ivory (?) labels and manufacturer's plate (broken). Removable lens rack containing 20 pairs of spherical concave, 20 pairs of spherical convex, 11 pairs of cylindrical concave, 11 pairs of cylindrical convex, 9 prisms, blue filter, red filter, occluder, pinhole, Maddox rod and Stenopaeic slit. White metal frames and handles.
