Wooden trial case with separate lid. Twin lens rack with printed plastic key running down centre. Contains 38 rimless spherical neutralising lenses (21 concave and 17 convex; 10 gaps) with powers scratched onto lens edge. Handwritten paper label originally sellotaped to outside of case.
