Spectacles case. Blue leather-covered metal (considerably faded). Side-opening. Sprung hinged lid, with gold-coloured inscription on inner lip.. Beige velvet lining. White paper identification label pasted inside lining of lower case. Together with a printed and handwritten dispensing card recording patient name, reference number and date of issue.
