Miniature ceramic Staffordshire ware character jug in form of Bill Sykes (head and shoulders) wearing a black hat, brown jacket, white shirt and green cravat. Features a pair of black round eye spectacles painted on. Spout in hat. Black handle to side. Backstamp under base.
