Ceramic Staffordshire ware Toby jug in form of a seated Mr Pickwick, legs astride, dangling out of a wheelbarrow, his hands resting on the sides, wearing a black hat, fawn jacket with green collar, part-painted yellow waistcoat, red cravat, fawn breeches and spats. Features both a pair of round eye spectacles and a monocle on a cord. Handle fixed to his back. Slight spout in hat. Rectangular base with rounded corners. Backstamp under base.
