Microscope. Black-painted brass construction, extending draw tube attached by rack and pinion to inclinable stand arm, attached in turn to horseshoe base. Fixed square bakelite stage with steel slide clips (one missing). Knurled edge focusing wheel on both sides and smaller fine focusing wheel on left side only. Twin turret supporting two brass objectives on chrome revolving changer (1/6 70 and 2/3 18 Prior). Variable iris diaphragm beneath stage with empty auxiliary lens rim. Revolving plano and concave mirror. X4 screw eyepiece. Together with an original varnished wooden crate with hinged door, diamond-shaped key escutcheon and shiny metal handle.
