Wooden case with hinged lid. Capacity 4 inner trays but accompanied by 12 trays with compartments to hold rectangular specimen slides. Contains approximately 60 slides (several broken) including some labelled examples e.g. Cornea, Axial cataract, Degeneration of interior cortex, Cortical cataract, retina, Optic nerve, Cornea scleratic junction. Includes specimens from humans, dogs and beetles.
