Wooden frame with hinged mounts. 12 inner compartments to hold rectangular glass specimen slides with handwritten labels. Contents: Tubercle Bacilli in Sputum (2 examples both with running blue stain), Bacillus Tuberculous Sputum (older example), Pneumococci, Tetracocci, Anthrax Bacilli, Typhoid Bacillus, Streptococci in pus, Bacillus Coli, Anthrax Spores Stained, Staphylococci, Gonococci. Outer cardboard cover with embossed lettering.
