Retinoscope head of black metal with sliding control and angled 13mm mirror holder at rear (oval aperture). Brown bakelite cylindrical handle/bulb-holder of small diameter with removable screwdriver at end. Together with a black leather-covered wooden hinged case with green velvet lining. Round mark indicates former presence of a maker/supplier's label on the lining of the case lid.
