Reflecting and refracting ophthalmoscope with black metal casing, internal mirror and sprung shutter flap. Red electric flex and wooden two-pin plug (detached). Also a wooden lamp holder base. Also a spare fuse inside an unrelated lens envelope. Contained in cardboard box with grey crocodile skin pattern. Paper label on lid printed in blue.
