Set of rigid gas permeable fitting lenses set into a white plastic rack (one row for plus powers, the other for minus powers) in individual lift-up cap storage compartments. Set within blue wooden hinged case with white metal sliding catch. Series of instructions printed on inside of case lid and on supplementary sheets of paper contained within. Also a patient record card dated 20 June 1997.
