Spring lorgnette. White metal with worn yellow finish. possibly gold-plated silver. (Possible very worn hallmark on underside of bridge). Solid bridge hinged at both ends. Long thin round-section handle with spring release collar, and flange to hold in folded position. Decorative embellishment of lizard, its body studded with green stones, pursuing a four-legged insect. Large fixed suspension ring with chased decoration. Round eye rims, glazed with prescription lenses (one lens inserted convex surface forward, the other to the reverse).
