Hyperocular trial frame with adjustable distancing posts, sliding lens holders and nose rest. Sliding sides with drop ends with black plastic covers. Three clip-in lenses (numbered 4,6,8) and black occluding disc. Also a black leatherette case with hinged lid and gold-coloured clasp. Case lined in black velvet and lid lined in blue silk.
