Photo-montage incorporating four reproduction monochrome photographs and corporate badges: a portrait of Mr Frank Melson Wingate FBOA, OBOA, Opt.Doc, FSMC etc., 'Consulting Refractionist', a view of the waiting room, a view of the consulting room with a patient being examined and a view of the practice exterior at Tavistock Road, Plymouth, the whole being a photo-enlargement (of indeterminate date) of a page from an illustrated town guide to Plymouth, circa 1900. Includes also a testimonial from Dr Brudenell Carter and four south west-regional newspapers. Mounted with white card. In a later 20th century gilded and moulded wooden frame, glazed.
