Satirical excerpt from a Victorian-era American magazine, comprising pp.717-718 of Volume XXI (No 124), showing nine illustrated scenes of a family (and their pets) using a Brewster-type stereoscope viewer. The family members are shown to be initially deligted, but the effect of using the device leaves their facial expressions permanently altered. Printed in black and white on both sides of a single sheet of paper, frayed at the edges with some missing areas.
