Non-luminous ophthalmoscope with ivory and brass screw-on handle. Black-painted metal head featuring, on one side, a perforated mirror (mirror surface missing) on pivot with angled reflecting mirror and, on the other side, a magazine-type lens wheel ('lens race'), currently jammed.
