Portrait format, printed in black on white on 9 pages, stapled, illustrated with photographs and reproductions of famous paintings, plus a further 53 pages added by the sponsoring publisher illustrating 'Frames of today'. With blue paper outer binding , seccured by a purple cord, and bearing a drawing of three spectacle frames.
