Set of contrast sensitivity plates including one demonstration plate and five test plates (numbered 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7) printed in black and white on grey card. Together with blue paper-covered carrying case with in-built dispensing pocket and used card receptacle. Also some patient record sheets (c.1987-1988), a 'How to use' instruction booklet, and some handwritten notes on the reverse of a set of College Examiners Expenses Guidelines.
