Tonometer. White metal. Comprises plunger, inner cylinder, lever with red-tipped pointer, convex test plate and inclined scale. Also a set of three supplementary weights and pipe cleaner. Yellow card instruction leaflet and calibration scale (dated 1955), plus signed green certificate of accuracy (dated 6.11.1970) stored behind flap inside lid. Contained in light grey leather-covered hinged case with two white metal clasps and light grey velvet lining.
