Spectacles. Iron frame. C bridge with pointed decorative features either end where the bridge meets the rims at the top. Unusual wedge-shaped centre joints. Straight sides with spliced-on spiral ends covered in velvet and stitching. Round eye rims; right rim covered with brown paper and stitched. Glazed with cracked lenses (right lens undersize but possibly original; left lens an historical replacement). Both lenses crudely secured with common glazing putty.
