The inner pages include a lorgnette, leather spectacles, vintage fashion frame with inset stones, Hamblin contact lenses, chicken 'pecktacles', a young woman holding a pair of opera glasses on a handle, a Dollond telescope, an automatic refracting device, a model of a diseased eye and an ivory anatomical model. Back page features a young man with a spectacle-shaped optician's sign.
